CNC Machining of a Microair Body Regulator IV for an Air Pressure Control System

We produced a microair body regulator for an air pressure control system on behalf of one of our local customers. The specifications called for using 2” diameter black Delrin plastic machined in 3.582” lengths, featuring tolerances as tight as +0.002”. We employed our Okuma Cadet CNC turning center and HAAS Mini-Mill for the project, conducting stringent inspections to maintain consistency through production. All programming was conducted by our staff and each completed piece was visually and dimensionally inspected to ensure it was within the customer’s specifications. As a result of our disciplined manufacturing process, they continue to order additional body regulators from us each year.
We are a full service CNC machine shop, offering in-depth expertise in the precision manufacturing of plastic parts. We also provide heat treatment, grinding operations, surface anodizing, coating, painting, and plating for an array of industries via subcontractors.
